What gets me up in the morning?
Knowing that I can positively change a persons day through healthy movement and healthy conversation.
Helping creating small yet positive decisions and actions is infectious. It's also ground breaking in terms of habits and positive change.
Seeing this change is everything to me.
What I'm in to:
I'm an outdoor guy through and through so I'm shocking at closing doors.
On the weekends you'll find me in the mountains or forest riding my bike or at the beach surfing the cold water.
