What I'm in to
:
I'm an outdoor guy through and through so I'm shocking at closing doors.
On the weekends you'll find me in the mountains or forest riding my bike or at the beach surfing the cold water.

I love to share my knowledge, expertise and banter with clients to give them an opportunity to develop both physically and personally.  The personal growth that people experience with regular, progressive and constantly challenging training is a special thing to watch.

What I'm in to
:
Physical challenges, learning, the beach, all sports, food and lots of it, travel, cooking, coffee and the occasional weekend afternoon nap.

DAVE RENTON

What gets me up in the morning?

10 years ago I lost 60kg.... And never put it back on. If years of training has taught me anything, it's that consistent work towards ONE GOAL
is the necessary ingredient in achieving happiness. My passion is giving people that support to help focus on their goal!

What I'm in to

I'll be out everyday walking with my two hound dogs. In between that I'll be listening to or making music. Come the weekend you'll see me valiantly supporting the Demons.

Walking and running is a great starting place for weight loss. Master the art of losing and catching your balancing and you're on the way to great health.

LISA COPE

What gets me up in the morning?

Teaching my clients to have a strong and positive mind is very rewarding. The body is just a reflection of the mind so it's vital
we work on the mind as much as the body. Planning a good work-life balance is simple, but not easy. This is what I strive for myself and my clients.

What I'm in to?

When I'm not working you'll still find me in the gym working on my goals! I love to cook so my weekends are preparing delicious food for the week ahead.
Meeting new people also really stimulates me. I love to learn about others and their life journeys and learning something I don't know.

Fun Fact:

Exercise increases the production of cells that are responsible for learning and memory.
So if you have the memory of a fish you should exercise more!

FRAN FURCI

Training with Fran brings a sense of routine and steadiness to my week. The commitment I have made to train twice a week for a PT session is matched by Fran’s commitment to me and I am sure, all of her other clients too. Fran who has many years of training experience is readily able to assess my mood and energy each session and challenge me enough so that I leave the gym feeling good about my session and myself.  She appreciates my personal health challenges and supports and guides me to be the most physically capable. Some people want to lose weight, some want to get big muscles. I simply want to grow older actively and maintain my physical and mental wellbeing to the best of my ability. What I’m into?

My life revolves around family and work, which isn’t a bad thing.  I enjoy my work and find it rewarding when people improve their wellbeing and achieve something they didn’t think was possible. Family time is always hectic but also rewarding, seeing kids develop and grow is awesome but don’t underestimate them, they can be challenging as well.
 
What gets me up?

I enjoy my work and it is easy to get up when you’re enjoying your work.
Seeing clients achieve their goals which may be as simple as a little bit of fat loss or increasing their strength past what they though was possible makes the job more rewarding.

EROL DEMIR

"I initially started to 'get fit' for some remote projects. Since training with Erol this has now evolved into maintaining my health for the rest of my life .
Erol obviously he is very fit , he knows what he is about and puts it into practice . He looks after getting my body right for the things i do , and despite our age gap

VINCENT CROWLEY

Outside of my work, I love to play and perform live music (played guitar for 11 years), train and run (80-100 km+ ultra events), and explore the art, music, and culture of Melbourne and the world.

What gets me up in the morning?

I love introducing people to physical activity, getting them out of their shell and feeling confident about what we do in the gym.

Experiencing as many new things as I can with my family, friends and partner. Any sport I can watch or become involved in, pushing myself in the gym, and reading as many articles on as many topics as I can – I love to learn and develop my knowledge in all areas!

I had a genuine fear of the gym when I was younger and would never go. I finally built up the courage and dragged myself in to the gym with the aim of becoming stronger, and have now made a career from it – That was a life changing moment for me and I haven’t looked back.Accordion content
