Passion is served up on a plate as four Melbourne clubs come together at the inaugural Interclub Gala. Executive chefs Steve Baar (University Club), Chris Goulding (Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club), Jake Ward (Royal South Yarra Lawn Tennis Club) and our own executive chef Jason Camillo, each prepare a special dish for the evening. Every course is matched with wines personally chosen by the sommelier from each club.
