Strength Training for Arthritis

Course 1:
Wed 22 Aug-Wed 10 Oct; Wednesdays, 10.30am-11.30am

Course 2: Fri 24 Aug-Fri 19 Oct (no session Fri 28 Sep); Fridays, 10am-11am or 11am-noon

Cost: $120 per person eight-week course, one session per week;

This eight-week course uses simple strength training techniques to manage arthritis and make a difference to everyday tasks.
