Winter Harvest: Game Specials


Date and Time: Tuesday 12 Jun-Saturday 7 Jul; open Tue-Fri, lunch and dinner, Sat dinner, closed Sun and Mon; Members’ Dining Room, à la carte prices

Over four weeks the Members’ Dining Room chefs will create some fantastic dishes featuring game and game birds, seasonally available throughout the colder months.

From rabbit and goat from Gippsland, to hare and venison from the Flinders Rangers, we will also use some pheasant to create some stunning entrees and main courses throughout early winter to liven up your dining experience.
