Celebrate Chinese New Year at City Club

Welcome in the Year of the Dog over two big nights with a variety of special events at the City Club. This special event features a nightly visit from the Lion Dancers as they demonstrate their energy-filled performance. Choose from a spectacular seafood buffet on Level 17 or the Club Conservatory, a celebrity guest chef in the Members’ Dining Room or family dining in the Bistro. 2018 promises to be bigger than ever, so don’t miss out on all the excitement. Level 17

Cost: $74.50 per adult, $30.50 per child (under 12)

For one night only, Level 17 will be filled with the delicious aroma of Chinese cookery and the excitement of the Lion Dancers welcoming in the New Year. Includes seafood buffet dinner with Chinese specialties. This is a shared tables event with a maximum of 10 people per table. 

Club Conservatory

On Saturday night we offer a seafood buffet dinner with Chinese specialties in the Club Conservatory. The Lion Dancers will welcome in the New Year with their display.

Members’ Dining Room: Guest Chef Cheong Liew

Cost: $95 per person, includes five-course set menu

Back by popular demand, guest chef Cheong Liew brings his east-meetswest culinary style to the Members’ Dining Room for two big nights. Malaysian-born Cheong was awarded an OAM in recognition of his “involvement in developing and influencing the style of contemporary Australian cuisine”. This legendary chef continues to create his famous fusion cuisine.
