Cost: $370 per person, 10-week course, includes one session per week

Our Pilates Reformers and Wunda chairs are designed to reform your workout. Pilates is a type of low-impact resistance and flexibility training using springs and bodyweight to help develop a strong core. This ten-week course will provide you with the opportunity to engage in regular practice to help improve your range of motion and leave you with a leaner and more defined body.
