The rise of rosé over the last few years has been one of the greatest comeback stories in wine. Rosé has hit everything from retail shelf spaces and editorial pages to wine lists. To make sense of what’s on offer, we take a look at a number of different rosé wines from different regions and countries, served with light food. The masterclass will be conducted by Ben Portet of Dominique Portet winery alongside David Nichols, Members’ Dining Room Sommelier; and Christian Maier, RACV Club and Resorts Sommelier.
