Huon Salmon

Award-winning chef Crystal Jones has created a special menu highlighting Huon salmon available for three weeks in September, culminating in a degustationstyle Gala Dinner. The menu features Huon Atlantic Salmon – a premium ocean fish farmed with the advanced technology of the Australian aquaculture industry – as well as other gourmet produce from Tasmania.

Huon Tasmanian salmon is the best in its class, and the Members’ Dining Room chefs revel in the opportunity to create a menu highlighting this exceptional-quality ingredient.

Venue: Members’ Dining Room, City Club
Time: Tuesday-Friday noon to 2.30pm and Tuesday-Saturday from 6pm
Cost: à la carte prices

Degustation Dinner

Dates: Friday 22 September
Venue: Members’ Dining Room, City Club
Time: arrive 6.45pm for 7pm start
Cost: $95 per person includes five-course degustation menu, beverages at à la carte prices
