Every diner in the Members’ Dining Room in November will be offered a complimentary amuse bouche of Navidul Jamon Iberico, Spain’s leading brand of Spanish ham.

A cultural icon created by a centuries-old traditional process, Iberico pork is regarded as one of the world’s most premium-quality products.

Iberico pork from Spain is cured and aged for 17 months with a centuries-old process using 100% natural products. Rich tasting but not greasy, it melts in your mouth to release a flavour that needs to be experienced to be believed.

The Members’ Dining Room chefs will also be featuring this amazing ingredient in some wonderfully tantalising specials.

Bistro Wednesday Night Buffet: Spanish Fiesta

Every Wednesday from 1 November to 13 December

Time: 6pm-9pm

Venue: Bistro, City Club

Price: $34.50 adult, $18.50 child (12 and under)

Come and try Jamón Serrano every Wednesday night as part of the Spanish Buffet. This delicious dry cured ham is the keystone of Spanish cuisine. Create your own charcuterie from the selection as well as enjoying the desserts and live station.

The buffet selection will feature Navidul Jamón serrano, paella, croquettes, García Baquero manchego, sautéed chorizo with honey, dessert churros and more.
