Forget dusty old bottles of vermouth – Noilly Prat, Martini, Cinzano – that are mass-produced, too sweet and often consumed with commercial soda.

There has been a reawakening of the category with an outburst of cleverly made local vermouth, using local ingredients to create a refreshed and revised version.

Gilles Lapalus, co-owner of Australian vermouth Maidenii, will shed light on this new trend that is sweeping across our bars and restaurants.

Enjoy a number of local and international vermouths over some specially selected food.
