Small Group Training
Dates: Starts Tuesday 9 January
Venue: Fitness Centre gym, Healesville Country Club
Time: Tuesdays 2.30pm to 3.15pm and Thursdays 10.15am to 11am
Cost: $28 per week, one session per week
$50 per week two sessions per week
This strength-based training program is focused on creating a balanced figure with definition and low body fat while also providing information on the right foods to eat for optimal results.
