Join us on a gastronomic journey with a menu utilising local Yarra Valley produce and featuring special guest Cameron Mackenzie from Four Pillars Gin Distillery in Healesville.
Due to popular demand, Cameron will pair up with our Blue Tree Grill chef de cuisine Rupert Rose for the third consecutive year to showcase Yarra Valley produce and create an oustanding four-course dinner, with each course perfectly complemented by a Four Pillars gin cocktail. Cameron will share his knowledge of gins throughout the meal.
