Take your tastebuds on a tour of Italy. Work your way through the distinct flavours of five diverse Italian regions. Each dish on the menu will highlight the tastes and traditions of a local region, paired with classic wines sourced from the same area.
Over the course of the evening, you’ll pay a visit, gastronomically speaking, to Veneto, Friuli, Piedmont, Toscana and Emilia Romagna, as Chef Rupert Rose share the heritage behind the food. Club Sommelier Christian Maier will introduce his selections, shining a light on all things vinous.
