Strength Training for Seniors

Join a motivating and supportive group environment with like-minded people to aid overall fitness.

Designed specifically for the benefit of older adults, the course aims to help improve muscle strength, bone density, blood pressure, joint mobility, blood sugar and mood. Over the course of eight weeks, participants will learn how to develop and maintain their strength, balance and flexibility.
