Strength Training for Seniors
Dates: Monday 25 June to Wednesday 15 August
Time: Mondays 10.30am-11.15am, Wednesdays 10.45am-11.30am
Venue: Fitness Centre, Healesville Country Club
Cost: $96 per person one session per week; $172 per person two sessions per week
Help develop and maintain strength, balance and flexibility. Designed for older adults, the course aims to help improve muscle strength, bone density, blood pressure, joint mobility, blood sugar and mood.
