For more than 17 years, Franc sailed on the world’s classic ocean liners from the luxurious Renaissance to the mega ships of Carnival Cruises and even the original ‘Love Boat’. Franc progressed from busboy to senior officer and he collected many stories along the way.

Enjoy a champagne cocktail and canapés on arrival before a classic cruise liner dinner: caviar, beef Wellington or salmon with Grand Marnier soufflé, as Franc shares the secrets the cruise liners don’t want you to know. 

After dinner, dance the night away with our cruise liner duo.
