City Club is launching their adult cooking classes, starting with a session on the art of pasta making. Learn about the rich history of this beloved staple and master the craft under the guidance of our expert chefs. You will learn to create both filled and noodle pasta, as well as tips on how to cook them.

Beginner Bridge lessons are back! With Bridge sessions hosted at the Club on Mondays and Wednesdays, this is the perfect opportunity to learn the game and get involved. Built in the mid-1840s by Alfred and Sarah Langhorne, Altona Homestead was the first homestead built on the foreshore of Port Phillip Bay. Remaining a private residence until 1920, the homestead changed ownership several times and served as a seaside holiday village, Council offices, meeting place for community groups and even a dentist.

The Tripe Club of Victoria presents Sanguine Estate CEO Jodi Marsh and Wine Maker Mark Hunter.
Jodi and Marks parents, Tony and Lyn Hunter, established "Sanguine Estate" in the Shiraz-acclaimed climate of Heathcote, NW Victoria, in 1997, despite having no prior vineyard experience. Over the past 24 years, the family, with Mark's expert winemaking skills and Jodi's high-level business acumen, have expanded the estate significantly, earning a Top Red 5 Star Winery rating in the Halliday Wine Companion (2025) and winning numerous trophies and medals for their vintages.
