The resort has been purpose-built for large-scale conferences, meetings, product launches and executive retreats, with all modern amenities.

Grand Ballroom and Lindsay, Creswick and Hepburn

The Grand Ballroom is acoustically designed, pillar less with floor-to-ceiling windows. This flexible space can be divided into three separate rooms forming the Lindsey, Creswick and Hepburn ballrooms.

Ironbark Room

The Ironbark Room offers natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows, with direct access to the outdoors.

Banksia Conference Room

Located on the ground floor, the Banksia Room offers 168 square metres of space with floor-to-ceiling windows offering access to a terrace area. The Banksia Room can hold up to 140 delegates theatre-style and 120 guests for a banquet dinner.

Pepperberry Conference Room

Located on the ground floor, the Pepperberry Room offers 70 square metres of space with floor-to-ceiling windows offering natural light. The Pepperberry Room can hold up to 64 delegates theatre-style and 50 guests for a banquet dinner.

Macedon Boardroom

Located on the first floor, the Macedon Boardroom features telephone and video conferencing facilities and can hold up to 14 delegates boardroom style. The Macedon Boardroom features floor-to-ceiling windows with golf course views and balcony access.

Candlebark Library

Located on the second floor, the Candlebark Library offers 64 square metres of space with natural light and a gas log fireplace. The Candlebark Library can hold up to 50 delegates theatre-style and 24 delegates in a cabaret- style set-up.

Silver Gum

Located on the third floor, the Silver Gum Room offers 80 square metres of space with natural light and a gas log fireplace. The Silver Gum Room can hold up to 60 delegates theatre-style and 24 delegates in a cabaret-style set-up.

Blue Gum

A unique function space on the golf course, filled with natural light and opens onto the practice putting green. Blue Gum can seat 18 in a boardroom style or 35 people for a cocktail function.
