Neil sits on several Subsidiary Company Boards including Insurance Manufacturers Australia, Home Trades Hub, RepairHub, Jetcharge, Australian Automotive Association and is the Chairman of both Intelematics, Home Trades Hub and Australian Motoring Services. Neil has completed courses at both Wharton and Harvard Business Schools in the United States of America.

Nicole Brasz is Executive General Manager, Home and Energy for RACV.
She is responsible for building a portfolio that will protect, connect, enhance and champion the lives of Victorians in their home. This includes Home Insurance, Emergency Home Assist, Smart Living and Home Trades and Services.
Prior to joining RACV in 2018 Nicole held a variety of global roles across a range of disciplines at BP, American Express, Rabobank and Randstad. Most recently Nicole was CMO at Save the Children and led their global digital transformation efforts. She has also run her own company specialising in digital, data and design thinking.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from Melbourne University and a Masters from Sydney University. She sits on the Board of Club Home Response and the CMO Council Advisory Board. Nicole has been recognised as one of Australia’s most innovative marketers and a Top 50 global digital leader.

Mark Geraghty
Mark Geraghty is Executive General Manager, Membership.
Mark is responsible for the strategic direction of this new division, which includes Enterprise Programs and Adoption, Member Service Delivery, Design and Digital Experience, and Technology. Additionally, his division is responsible for the delivery of the new CRM platform and associated business processes.
His previous positions at RACV include GM of Motor Insurance and GM of RACV Salary Solutions, where he led the successful divestment of the business. Mark has been with the organisation for just over 4 years. Before joining RACV, Mark held general manager roles at Elders Limited, Stuart Alexander and Roche Consumer Health, with a focus on sales, marketing, strategy and supply chain.
Mark is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and also holds a Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Science with Honours from the University of NSW.

Mandy Grogan
Mandy Grogan is Company Secretary and Governance Counsel of RACV.
She is responsible for managing all secretarial and governance issues related to the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining RACV in 2018, Mandy held a variety of senior in-house legal roles across a range of industries and companies including at Mayne Nickless, Rio Tinto, Queensland Sugar and Ameropa Australia.
Mandy holds a Bachelor of Law with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University. Mandy also holds a Diploma of Applied Finance and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Allan Joseland
Allan Joseland is Executive General Manager - Safety, People, Risk & Legal for RACV.
He is responsible for the leadership of our Health, Safety & Wellbeing, People & Culture, Risk, Compliance and Legal teams.
Prior to joining RACV in 2017 as General Manager – Property and Capital Works, Allan held leadership roles in Manufacturing, Distribution and Retail in the agribusiness, manufacturing, food and petrochemical industries.
Allan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a board member of Janet Clarke Hall and the Nationwide Group.

Craig Peachey
Craig Peachey is Executive General Manager overseeing RACV’s Leisure businesses. This diverse portfolio includes RACV’s national resorts business comprising eight resorts spanning Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania. The portfolio also oversees and manages the RACV Club, including both the RACV City Club and the Healesville Country Club & Resort. Also included is RACV’s growing Travel and Experiences business comprising RACV’s Travel Agency, its Tours and Cruises business, Travel Insurance, and RACV’s Attraction Ticketing business. Craig also has oversight and management responsibility for RACV’s Benefits program for members and customers.
Craig has had a multi-disciplinary career in executive management and broad commercial roles in the hospitality, casinos, entertainment and media sectors. Formerly Chief Financial Officer and 2IC for Star Entertainment Group’s Queensland casino and hotel operations, Craig has also previously held various senior management roles with the Walt Disney Company over a period of 12 years, including five years based in Hong Kong.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Queensland, and a Master of Business Administration from the AGSM. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and sits on a number of industry and business boards.

Michael Sheehy
Michael Sheehy is Chief Financial Officer for RACV.
With over 25-years’ experience in financial leadership positions with a number of leading Australian and International corporations. Before joining RACV he spent five years as CFO of the digital travel business Webjet Limited, an ASX Top 200 company.
He is responsible for the finance function, external reporting, acquisitions & divestments and stewardship of a number of RACV investments.
Michael is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a Bachelor of Economics from Flinders University.

Louise Sporton is Executive General Manager - Digital & Digital Product.
She is responsible RACV's Digital Experiences, Digital Products and ensuring that RACV meets the evolving digital needs of its member base. This includes the RACV website, Online Account, and Intelematics Products.
Louise's previous positions at RACV include GM Design and Digital Experience and Head of Design, where she led the successful introduction of cross-functional digital squads to RACV. Louise has been with the organisation for just over 6 years. Before joining RACV, Louise held roles in Product Design and Human Resources at Telstra.
Louise holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Social Science) from Monash University.

Phil Turnbull
Phil Turnbull is Executive General Manager, Motoring and Mobility for RACV.
He is responsible for the businesses of Emergency Roadside Assistance, Motor Insurance, and other motoring products and services. In previous RACV roles, Phil has managed home services, the call centre, marketing, eBusiness and retail outlet functions as well as the financial services company. He also sits on a number of RACV subsidiary boards.
Phil is a board member of Club Assist Corporation, which provides mobile battery services to motoring clubs worldwide and Nationwide Group who provide towing services in several states.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Science and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
