A property condition report is made up of a comprehensive building report and/or pest inspection report and findings area.

A Rapid Building Inspections consultant will get in touch to confirm the details of your property and book a suitable time for your inspection. An inspector will then arrive at the property to complete the inspection at the appointed time.

You’ll have your report 24 hours after the inspection or your money back.1 Reports are written in plain English and are very easy to understand. 

Rapid Building Inspections uses the latest moisture detectors, thermal sensors and pest detection equipment on the market, so you can get a highly accurate report.3

The offer is redeemable for pest, building, or combined inspections. The offer is redeemable once per inspection service and cannot be combined with any other discount. Offer cannot be transferred or redeemed on behalf of any other person. Available to current RACV Members. Online bookings only.

1 No refund will be applicable if payment for the report has not been received within 24 hours of completing the inspection. The 24-hour guarantee applies on completion of the inspection and report sent out during normal business hours. For example, if the inspection has been completed on Friday or the day before a public holiday, Rapid Building Inspections will aim to deliver it the following business day.

2 Price must be for the exact same services that Rapid Building Inspections offer, with the same equipment in the same geographical region, as determined by Rapid Building Inspections acting reasonably. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

3 While all Rapid Building Inspectors carry thermal sensor and moisture detection devices, these devices are only deployed where the inspectors identify conducive conditions and further investigation is warranted.
