What to expect
Some services will be unavailable online or over the phone between 6:30pm Saturday, 19 July and midday Sunday, 20 July 2025.
During this time, you won’t be able to buy, renew or manage:
- Home or motor insurance
- Roadside assistance plans, including Wheelchair and Scooter Assist and Bike Assist
- Emergency Home Assist plans
- Personal Membership.
If your renewal payment is due between these times, your product will remain active, and you’ll be able to pay when our system is up and running.
