Neil sits on several Subsidiary Company Boards including Insurance Manufacturers Australia, Home Trades Hub, RepairHub, Jetcharge, Australian Automotive Association and is the Chairman of both Home Trades Hub and Australian Motoring Services. Neil has completed courses at both Wharton and Harvard Business Schools in the United States of America.

Independent non-executive director appointed in November 2023. Extensive experience in a variety of industries including health, retail, energy, aviation and construction.  Formerly CEO of Bupa Asia Pacific and Executive Director of Bupa Group companies. Prior to that held senior positions at Myer, Integral Energy and Airservices Australia.  Currently he is an Operating Advisor at Goldman Sachs and consults to a range of other companies in the healthcare sector.  Formerly a non-executive Director of Very Special Kids.  Holds a Bachelor of Economics and Master of Business Administration.

Over 25 years’ leadership experience in the telecommunications, technology and outsourcing industries. Currently a non-executive director of Firbank Grammar, Proversity Ltd and Interactive Design Institute (UK).

Formerly non-executive director of Good Shepherd Microfinance. Holds a Masters of Business Management and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Former Assurance and Advisory partner at Deloitte and formerly a non-executive director of Transgrid and Regional Arts Victoria.

Nicole Brasz

Nicole Brasz is Executive General Manager, Home and Energy for RACV.

She is responsible for building a portfolio that will protect, connect, enhance and champion the lives of Victorians in their home. This includes Home Insurance, Emergency Home Assist, Smart Living and Home Trades and Services.

Prior to joining RACV in 2018 Nicole held a variety of global roles across a range of disciplines at BP, American Express, Rabobank and Randstad. Most recently Nicole was CMO at Save the Children and led their global digital transformation efforts. She has also run her own company specialising in digital, data and design thinking.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from Melbourne University and a Masters from Sydney University. She sits on the Board of Club Home Response and the CMO Council Advisory Board. Nicole has been recognised as one of Australia’s most innovative marketers and a Top 50 global digital leader.

Allan Joseland

Allan Joseland is Executive General Manager – Corporate and Member Services

He is responsible for the leadership of our Member Experience, Member Service Delivery, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, People & Culture, Risk & Compliance and Legal teams.

Prior to joining RACV in 2017 as General Manager – Property and Capital Works, Allan held leadership roles in Manufacturing, Distribution and Retail in the agribusiness, manufacturing, food and petrochemical industries.

Allan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is Chair of Janet Clarke Hall and a director of the Nationwide Group.

Craig Peachey

Craig Peachey is Executive General Manager, Leisure at RACV, overseeing a diverse portfolio including eight national resorts across Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania, the RACV Club (encompassing both the City Club and Healesville Country Club & Resort), and RACV’s expanding Travel and Experiences business. He is also responsible for the RACV Benefits program for members.

Craig has had a multi-disciplinary career in executive management and broad commercial roles with ASX and S&P500 companies across the hospitality, casinos, entertainment, travel, and media sectors – including roles with responsibilities across the Asia Pacific region.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Queensland, and a Master of Business Administration from the AGSM. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and sits on several industry and business boards.

Jackie Pedersen

Jackie is the Chief Executive Officer of the Nationwide Group.

Jackie is responsible for leading the business to deliver safe, reliable and effective transport, storage and road services solutions for customers across Australia. Customers include those in Automotive, State and Local Governments, Insurance and Plant and Equipment industries.

She joined Nationwide Group in 2024, after several years within RACV as the General Manager of Automotive Services. Her previous career experience included Banking, Manufacturing, IT and Automotive industries.

Jackie is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Diploma in Training and Education from Melbourne University.

Natasha Santha

Natasha Santha is Executive General Manager – Transformation.

She is responsible for transforming RACV to meet the future needs of our members and customers, through AI, data, strategy and analytics. She also leads Arcline, RACV’s retail energy business.

Natasha has led the development of several long-term strategies (often in the context of digital and technology-driven disruption) and advised government on critical policy settings and investments.

She has also worked extensively across the energy value chain, including renewable technologies and alternative fuels.

Most recently she was a partner at L.E.K. Consulting and previously worked in the energy industry at AGL Energy and EY in cyber security. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Electrical and Computer Systems), a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting and Finance) and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.

Idris Shamsi

Idris Shamsi is the Chief Information Officer at RACV.

Idris is accountable for leading the organisation’s Enterprise Program Management and Technology functions. This includes the strategy, design, development, and operation of RACV’s systems.

Before joining RACV, Idris held leadership roles across a diverse range of industries and global organisations, including the BBC, Fujitsu, Target, Foster’s Group, and the Australian Energy Market Operator. His international experience spans transformation, innovation, and operational excellence.

Idris holds a Bachelor of Management from Aston University in the UK. He is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and contributes to the broader business and technology community through his roles on the La Trobe Business School Advisory Board and several IT industry advisory boards.

Louise Sporton

Louise Sporton is Executive General Manager – Membership and Digital at RACV.

In her role, Louise is responsible for RACV’s Brand, Marketing, Communications, Digital Experiences, and Digital Products. She plays a key role in ensuring RACV continues to meet the evolving needs of its members through engaging, seamless, and innovative digital and brand experiences.

Prior to this, she was EGM – Digital and Digital Product and led the launch of the RACV App, an uplift in digital engagement and digitisation of RACV’s products and services.

Since joining RACV over six years ago, Louise has also held several senior leadership positions including General Manager – Design and Digital Experience and Head of Design. Previously, she held various roles in Product Design and Human Resources at Telstra.

Louise holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Social Science) from Monash University. Louise is a board member of Landchecker and Prop Tech Labs.

Phil Turnbull

Phil Turnbull is Executive General Manager, Insurance and Roadside for RACV.

He is responsible for the businesses of Emergency Roadside Assistance, Motor and Home Insurance, and other motoring products and services. In previous RACV roles, Phil has managed home services, the call centre, marketing, eBusiness and retail outlet functions as well as the financial services company. He also sits on a number of RACV subsidiary boards.

Phil is a former board member of Club Assist Corporation, and currently a Director of Nationwide Group who provide towing services in several states.

Phil holds a Bachelor of Science and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
