1. General:
1.1. Go to the RACV application (RACV App) and select a dining offer by tapping “Redeem”. You will then be provided with a virtual voucher (“Frequent Values Voucher”).
1.2. Show your Frequent Values Voucher via the RACV App at participating restaurants to obtain your benefit.
2. Dining Out:
2.1. Your Frequent Values Voucher will give you 20% off your total bill, or free food or drink item with purchase when presented at participating restaurants unless an alternative offer is being presented e.g 10% off.
2.2. Frequent Values Vouchers are worth maximum of $25.00 on your total dining bill unless a different % discount or maximum saving value is being presented eg: 25% up to $50.
2.3. Only one (1) Frequent Values Voucher may be used per dining bill.
2.4. Frequent Values Vouchers can only be used once per calendar day.
2.5. All Frequent Values offers are for dine-in use only unless otherwise stated.
2.6. Excluded Days
Entertainment’s daily dining offers are valid at all times throughout the year, except for a few days known as Optional Days. These days include:
- All Official Australian Public Holidays
- Good Friday
- Valentine’s Day
- Mother’s Day
- Father’s Day
- All other Offers are Valid at all times.
2.7. Main course offers
The restaurant will deduct the price of the least expensive main course(s), up to the maximum value stated on the offer. Please note the following:
- If two main courses are not ordered, the least expensive item(s) ordered as a main course will be deducted.
- When more than two people are dining together, or if multiple Memberships are used, the least expensive main course(s) of the party is / are the one(s) deducted.
- When adults and children dine together and two or more adult-priced main courses are purchased, the least expensive adult main course is complimentary. If only one adult-priced main course is purchased, then the value of the child's meal is deducted.
2.8. Restaurant 'specials'
If the restaurant is running a breakfast, lunch or dinner special/set menu, their offer is still valid. If it incorporates more than one course, the value of the main course portion, or the stated % off will be deducted from the bill.
3. Exclusive Offers:
3.1. Frequent Values Vouchers are exclusive and may not be combined with any other dining discount or promotional offers. If in doubt, please check with the participating dining establishment before using your Frequent Values Voucher.
4. Usage:
4.1. The barter, trade, sale, purchase, or transfer for compensation of your Frequent Values Voucher by any person or entity, including but not limited to travel services, travel providers and printers, publishers, and distributors of this product is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by Entertainment Publications of Australia Pty Limited.
4.2. Frequent Values Vouchers are intended for non-profit use by the individual purchaser and may not be reproduced. The use of Frequent Values Vouchers for commercial purposes, in any form or fashion is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Use of a Frequent Values Voucher in violation of these terms and conditions will render the Frequent Values Voucher void and violators may be prosecuted.
4.4. Entertainment Publications of Australia Pty Limited and/or its parent or subsidiaries will not be responsible if any participating establishment refuses to accept any Frequent Values Vouchers however, Entertainment Book Pty Ltd will use our best efforts to secure compliance.
4.5. Entertainment Publications of Australia Pty Limited and/or its parent or subsidiaries will not be responsible in the event of, fire, casualties, strike, acts of God or other events beyond its control.
