As of the 15th of January 2019, RACV Connected Vehicle will no longer be available for you to use. Please note, this means you will no longer be able to access any information stored in your application, including drive logs.
We have made the decision to close the app as the technology is now outdated and we’re focusing our attention on other ways we can continue to give back to our members.
You can export your drive logs before the 15th of January 2019 by following the below instructions:
(Please note that iPhone users can only export data if they have an email account registered to their iPhone Mail App, other email apps like Gmail or Outlook will not work)
- Open the RACV Connect app & logging in
- Tap menu and select drive log
- Tap on the filter (funnel) icon.
- Set the date range (Please note that if this is taking too long to load, try breaking up the date range into smaller chunks like a few weeks or months instead of a year).
- Select email.
