You can opt out anytime. RACV Emergency Wheelchair and Scooter Assist provides up to 8 call outs a year should your Wheelchair or Scooter become disabled due to a mechanical failure or breakdown. Should your Wheelchair or Scooter not be able to be fixed, a taxi will be dispatched to transport you and your Wheelchair or Scooter to a destination of your choice. One taxi is available per incident to a value of $60. This service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and is redeemed by dialling 13 11 11.}
