RACV is currently not a registered NDIS provider. If you're agency (NDIA) managed, you're unable to use your plan for Emergency Wheelchair & Scooter Assist.
We’re available 24/7, 365 days a year. So no matter where you break down, you can be reassured that help is at hand.
This means we’ll come to you or organise a taxi up to 8 times in a year.
If we can’t fix the problem on the spot, we’ll arrange to get you and your wheelchair or mobility scooter home or to a specialised repair shop the same day.
* You accept that you are entering into a service agreement with RACV as a component of your NDIS plan. You will be charged a maximum of $30 incl GST for a 12-month Emergency Wheelchair and Scooter Assist subscription and by doing so become a member of RACV and will be subject to the RACV Roadside Assistance Terms and Conditions. This means you agree to hear from RACV Group companies about special offers, discounts, products and services, competitions and events (unless you've already told us you don't want to). You can opt out anytime. RACV Emergency Wheelchair and Scooter Assist provides up to 8 call outs a year should your Wheelchair or Scooter become disabled due to a mechanical failure or breakdown. Should your Wheelchair or Scooter not be able to be fixed, a taxi will be dispatched to transport you and your Wheelchair or Scooter to a destination of your choice. One taxi is available per incident to a value of $60. This service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and is redeemed by dialling 13 11 11.
