Which dog breed is right for you?
Need a fur baby in your life? Here are a vet's top tips to help you choose the perfect pet.
The coronavirus crisis has seen Aussies shacked up indoors but, for the puppy-hearted among us, self-isolation has had a silver lining: it's the ideal excuse to get a pet. Not only are we home more to look after and keep it company (read: get no work done because we're too busy playing with our new besties), pets also make great colleagues, with many four-legged friends adding some much needed sass to digital work meetings. But having a pet is a long-term committment so you want to make sure you'll be ready to love and take care of it well after the COVID-19 crisis ends.
If you’ve never had a fur baby before, choosing your first can be a challenge. Veterinarian Dr Kerry Bail says these are some of the factors you should consider when it comes to finding your perfect puppy match.
