Do I need to pre-register?
Yes, pre-register to avoid missing out as spaces are limited. If you are unable to register online, please get in contact with RACV Travel & Experiences at 1800 850 888.
Why do I need to pre-register?
By pre-registering, your entry into the RACV Travel Expo will be a smooth process as you will simply need to scan your entry ticket on arrival. If you are not able to pre-register, you will be able to line up in the foyer of level 2 and RACV team members will be on hand to assist you.
Can I book a holiday at the expo?
Yes, you can. RACV travel agents will be in attendance on the day to help you with your travel bookings. If you do not have time on the day to complete a booking you can complete an enquiry form and an RACV travel agent will get back to you.
Will special offers be available at the expo?
Attending travel partners will have special offers available. Some offers may be “on the day” specials, and others will be available for up to one week following the Expo. Full details of the offers will be available from the travel partners and the RACV Travel Agents.
What do I need to know about the travel talks?
A series of travel talks will be conducted throughout the day from a range of travel brands. Each talk will be 20 minutes and showcase different destinations and travel styles. A full schedule of travel talks will be available on the day at the Expo. There is no need to book for a talk, simply make your way to the relevant room and find a seat. All the travel talks are held in rooms on the same floor as the Expo.
Will there be food and drink available at the expo?
The Bistro located at the City Club or Sojurn located on New Chancery Lance are great local options, bookings are recommended. Alternatively, there are excellent cafes and restaurants near the City Club.
Can children attend the expo?
Yes, children can attend. Please register children 5+ years old.
Is there a dress code?
Smart casual is the minimum dress requirement throughout the RACV City Club. Children are also required to adhere to the dress standards. For more information, check the City Club dress code page.
Where can I park my car?
Parking is available in adjacent nearby streets and public parking lots. But parking in the city is always challenging, so it is recommended that visitors catch public transport to the RACV City Club. Please note, parking in the RACV City Club parking is limited to house guests and Club members.
