Kylie Shorter – Senior Sales Manager - Conferences and Events

In 2012, I decided on a “Tree Change” after 10 years working in the city of Melbourne and moved from Williamstown to the Yarra Valley.  I have been at the Country Club for five years and manage the Conference and Event sales team. I am fortunate to lead a highly motivated and exceptional team who pride themselves on exceeding our client’s expectations.

I have over 25 years’ experience in the industry working in the USA, the UK and Australia in sales, marketing and management roles both in corporate and hospitality sectors.

I own a 20 year old Thoroughbred named Tucker, who still thinks he is a race horse at times. In addition to looking after him, I also own a dog and two cats, Lenny, Bella and Scooter.  I enjoy spending time in my garden, drinking great Yarra Valley wine (Yarra Yering Wine in particular) and cooking for friends and family.


Eileen Hunt – Conferences and Events Sales Coordinator 

Beginning my career with RACV Healesville Country Club back in 2000, I’ve worked within a number of different areas and locations, including food and beverage, front desk and conference and events. I’ve spent time working at some of our other locations including Cape Schanck, Inverloch and City Club during this time. I currently attend to all your sales needs for private functions. Whether you require a conference, birthday, awards night or wedding anniversary celebrations, I can assist with finding the appropriate space and menu that suits your requirements.

I have grown up and still live in the beautiful Yarra Valley with my husband and two young children. I enjoy going to see my Geelong Cats played footy; however with my two young children; I don’t get there as often as I would like. However, we do enjoy spending time at the park, having our picnic lunch and climbing on the playgrounds.


Lynn Brendish – Conferences and Events Coordinator 

Hello, my name is Lynn Brendish and I am the Conference & Events Coordinator here at the RACV Healesville Country Club.

I have worked at the club for six years starting in the Conference and Events Operations team and moved over to my current role in February 2016.  I am committed to exceed all of my client’s expectations by providing outstanding customer service.

I am originally from Edinburgh, Scotland and moved to Australia 9 years ago with my husband and 2 small boys.

Having 2 boys means that I get to spend lots of my time out of doors doing activities with the Scouts or at football or other sporting matches.

My interests include cooking, baking, and entertaining.

I have done a bit of travelling around the world and my dream holiday would be to go to Disney World in Florida.


Nikita King – Weddings and Events Coordinator 

I joined the RACV Country Club in 2012 as the Wedding Sales and Event Coordinator. I thrive in the excitement of turning my Brides and Grooms dreams into reality. It’s amazing to meet so many incredible couples each with distinct individual styles and themes.

With over 10 years experience in the Wedding and Events industry, I take enormous pride in my personal approach to wedding planning, inspiring brides and ensuring each amazing detail is captured and planned to perfection to ensure the ultimate wedding day.

My all time favourite part about being a wedding coordinator is seeing the bride and groom’s reactions of all their details coming together on their special day. I gain a tremendous sense of satisfaction from creating dream weddings.

I lead a very full life that includes a rewarding career and being a mother to three young children including twins. I have a passion for the wedding industry as well as good food, wine and coffee. My life is all about raising my children whilst following my own dreams.
