We have done all the hard work for you, all you need to do is choose from our list of preferred partners. And at some partner properties, RACV Members get more with bonus inclusions or exclusive pricing.

Why is my chosen offer unavailable?

This may be due to your combination of date and guests, or the offer may be sold out on the chosen dates. If you’re flexible with your dates, simply search for new dates. Alternatively, explore our other offers within your chosen destination.

How can I book a room for my family or group of friends?

If you’re searching for four or more guests, use the Family Escapes filter to help find rooms catering to this group size. If you would like to book more than one room (for example three separate rooms for three families travelling together), each room will need to be booked in a separate transaction.

Can I make a special request to the accommodation provider?

Yes, add this in the Special Requests box on the Traveller Details page when making your booking. If you forget to add this during the booking process, contact the hotel directly using the hotel phone number on the voucher you receive with your booking confirmation email.

How do I get my RACV Member bonuses?

On the Traveller Details Page:

  • Make sure the RACV Member is added as the Booking Holder; and
  • Tick the “I’m an RACV Member”.

On the Booking Details & Payment page:

  • Validate your RACV Membership.

During your trip:

  • Present your RACV Membership card upon arrival.

What do I need to show when I check in?

You'll need:

  • The voucher from your RACV Hotels & Packages confirmation email
  • Photo ID for each guest over 18 (A Passport is required for hotels outside Australia); and
  • An RACV Membership card if applicable.

Can I change dates?

You're not able to amend the dates of an existing booking, however you can cancel your booking (subject to cancellation policy) and make another booking if your desired dates are available.

Can I shorten or extend my stay?

To shorten your stay, you'll be required to cancel your existing booking and make a new one.

To extend your stay, you can make an additional booking for the extra days - if you do decide to extend and make a new booking, we kindly ask you to email us the new confirmation details alongside your original confirmation number so we are able to notify your hotel the bookings are linked and ensure a smooth check in experience.
