Hardship support for members and customers

Providing support for customers experiencing financial hardship.

Emergency services

Over 825,000 members received emergency roadside assistance last year and we attended to 56,972 emergencies in the home.

Community support

RACV invested in solar and battery solutions for bushfire-prone areas of Victoria to improve safety for isolated communities that could otherwise be cut off from power and communications during emergencies.

Regional mental health

We’ve helped improve youth mental health and personal crisis services in regional Victoria.

We’re here for our members and customers, supporting them through challenging situations and when they need help accessing our products and services.

Safety advice

We actively improve safety for our members and customers on the road and in the home by providing advice, tips and guidance.
