Highlight

In 2021 RACV asked Victorians to participate in its My Country Road Survey, and 4,000 people provided important data on the safety of regional roads across the state.

The Princes Highway from Stratford to Bairnsdale in the East Gippsland area received the most responses, followed by The Deans Marsh-Lorne Road in Benwerrin, Surf Coast. Overall, Victorians felt that dangerous driver behaviour was the biggest contributing factor to safety conditions on our roads.
