RACV Hobart Hotel honoured at Tasmania's top hospitality awards

RACV Hobart Hotel has been recognised at the 2026 Tasmanian Hospitality Association Awards for Excellence, taking home the HOSPO Health Business of the Year award at Tasmania's premier hospitality awards on Wednesday night.

The annual awards recognise the best of Tasmania’s hospitality industry, celebrating excellence in accommodation, dining, events, tourism and innovation.

RACV Hobart Hotel was a finalist in several categories, including Best Superior Accommodation (4-4.5 stars), Best Restaurant in an Accommodation Venue, Best Unique Bar Experience, Best Meeting & Events Venue, and Excellence in Innovation, Sustainability & Energy Efficiency Practices.

RACV Executive General Manager Leisure Craig Peachey said the award recognised the hotel's commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences while creating a workplace where team members feel supported, valued and empowered.

The recognition follows RACV's success at the 2026 Victorian Accommodation Awards for Excellence in August, where RACV resorts and clubs secured honours across accommodation, dining, sustainability and tourism categories.
