Rapid Building Inspections is owned by RACV and offers a range of inspection services Australia-wide. These include building and pest inspections, dilapidation reports, stage inspections, handover inspections, builders warranty inspections, owner builder reports, drone roof reports, drug residue inspections and more.

In Victoria, Rapid Building Inspections offers professional building and pest inspections under the trading name RACV Property Inspections.

A building and pest report is prepared in accordance with Australian pre-purchase inspection standards and visually identifies issues, defects and safety hazards on the property. The report includes photos and classifications of issues identified during the inspection as well as any limitations encountered and/or recommendations for more specialist advice.

After you have submitted your details, Rapid Building Inspections will get in touch to confirm the details of your property and book a suitable time for your inspection. An inspector will arrive at the appointed time to complete the inspection.

You will receive your building and pest inspection report within 24 hours of your inspection.*

The Rapid Building Inspections team carry specialist tools to ensure your report is thorough, including a thermal camera and/or moisture meter.

Inspectors will use these tools when they identify conducive conditions and further investigation is required.
