The eGift Card will be sent via email to the nominated email address.
If purchasing for yourself, you will receive two emails:
- An email with your receipt
- An email with your eGift Card
If purchasing as a gift, two emails will be sent:
- The receipt will be sent to you
- The eGift Card will be sent directly to the recipient
Please note it may take up to 48 hours for these emails to arrive. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still haven’t received your eGift Card, contact us at help@truerewards.com.au

No, you can only buy eGift Cards.
After your purchase, the eGift Card will be sent to your email address within 48 hours and ready to use for your next shop.

The law requires that most gift cards or vouchers be sold with a mandatory minimum expiry period of three years. The period begins from the date a gift card is sold to a consumer. Businesses can choose to apply an expiry period longer than three years and no maximum expiry period applies.
Each card partner (participating retailer) has their own terms and conditions on usage of eGift Cards. eGift Cards can only be used within the validity period, and it is up to the card holder to use the full value within the validity period.
