RACV and our AACC network are serious about our commitment to our members and providing the best possible service. This is our official pledge:
The RACV Accredited Auto Care Centre Service Guarantee
Each Accredited Auto Care Centre commits to members that the services will be carried out efficiently and responsibly under the supervision of competent and qualified staff.
In addition, repairers commit to:
• Maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
• Upon request, providing a written estimate of repair costs for labour and materials.
• In the event that the cost of the repair work is likely to exceed the estimate by ten per cent (10%), repairers commit to seeking the express authorisation from the member immediately once the increase is known.
• Performing their duties with honesty and integrity.
• Continually strive to improve the quality of their service to RACV members.
• Guarantee the effectiveness of their repairs under normal operating conditions for twelve (12) months or 20,000kms (whichever occurs first). All claims under this guarantee must be notified to your RACV Accredited Auto Care Centre within the expiry of the guarantee period.
