Mámor Chocolates
Pop over to Collingwood to relish in a decadent high tea and chocolate salon at Mámor Chocolates. Plush velvet furniture, fine china and antique silverware sets a lavish scene for a chocolate-themed high tea. There are plenty of other high tea options, but a true chocolate lover could never pass up the Deluxe Chocolate High Tea option, which includes a box of handcrafted chocolates, a choccie cocktail, and a visit to the chocolate room.
Ratio Cocoa Roasters
Ratio Cocoa Roasters in Brunswick specialises in bean-to-bar chocolate, roasting cacao beans in-house to produce distinctive chocolate with carefully sourced ingredients. Visitors can join a factory tour or indulge in a truffle workshop - or simply enjoy single-origin hot chocolates, brownie flights and more in-store. Note that Ratio Cocoa Roasters are closed Monday to Wednesday plus public holidays, so visit Thursday to Sunday.
