How can I change or cancel my booking?

If you wish to change or cancel a booking you have made for an upcoming visit or stay, please make contact with the Resort directly to let us know. You can find the contact details for our RACV Resorts here.

Can I visit without a booking?

In line with government rules, we require all Members and guests to make bookings for all activities at our properties prior to arrival.  We ask that you please plan your visit prior to arriving at our RACV Resort properties to ensure you can access facilities with limited capacity.

 

What happens if I am sick, how do I let someone know?

If you are unwell and wish to change or cancel a booking you have made for an upcoming visit or stay, please make contact with the Resort directly to let us know. You can find the contact details for each our RACV Resorts here.

We ask that you please do not visit the resort if you feel unwell or have knowingly come in contact with someone suspected of having COVID-19.

Do I have to give my details multiple times if I have already provided them on arrival to the Resort?

Yes. RACV are committed to protecting our Members, guests, staff and community at all times.

As part of our commitment to ensure this, contact tracing of all people at all of our facilities needs to be maintained and we ask for your help to do this.
