Quality, local ingredients are the ethos at Number One restaurant, the perfect spot for dinner in Torquay.

The elegant, modern Australian menu features beautifully plated up dishes and top-notch local wines. Beef and shiitake mushrooms come from the Otways region, while artisan cheeses and organic garlic are sourced from Camperdown.

You can also enjoy breakfast here, including hot breakfast options prepared by the chef in our open kitchen. Bookings recommended.
