General support in Mandarin

For general questions and advice about RACV products, call our Mandarin speaking team 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Our team can help with home or motor insurance, emergency assistance products or accessing your RACV Member offers.

We'll contact an interpreter when you make a claim over the phone.

Travel insurance claims

We can arrange an interpreter to suport you when you call the claims team, or you can book an interpreter online in advance through TIS National.
