Volunteering

Almost half of our people support more than 40 charities nationwide each year. RACV staff give their time to causes from food insecurity and environmental initiatives to animal welfare, while building stronger connections with each other.

Workplace giving

RACV offers an online workplace giving platform that allows staff to donate to charities they care about. To maximise the impact of these contributions, RACV matches every dollar donated with two dollars.

RACV Community Foundation

The RACV Community Foundation has supported Australian communities since 1997, distributing over $6 million in grants to more than 600 charities, focusing on initiatives that improve lives.

Regional support

Our resorts support local organisations by funding community‑led programs that deliver practical, measurable impact, from food banks to wildlife rescues and grassroots organisations.

Supporting Midsumma

RACV is a proud Gold Partner of Midsumma Festival and supports Midsumma Carnival and Pride March.

"This May will mark 15 years with RACV, and Midsumma has always been one of my favourite events. I used to come long before I worked here, but ever since joining RACV I’ve been passionate about getting us involved. Now, I’m here every year, marching in Pride and loving every moment — from the dogs to the families lining Fitzroy Street, all celebrating together.

‘Proud to Be Me’ means embracing who you are, quirks and all. If we were all the same, the world would be a boring place. I’m incredibly proud to be part of an organisation that supports the community and shows up for the queer community in such a meaningful way. At work, I can be myself — and that means everything.”
