      Login to your RACV online account and click on the My Details tab.  

      From there, you can view and update your: 

      • phone number 
      • email address 
      • address. 

      To update your name or date of birth, you’ll need to contact us on 13 72 28

      Important: changing your address may result in additional updates to your other product holdings. We’ll call you if that’s the case.

      Once a change of address has been submitted online, it can take up to 6 days for the new details to appear. We’ll contact you if we need more information to process the change.

      Simply login to your RACV online account and you will see all your products listed on the main page. Here, you can view insurance policy numbers, product expiry dates and whether a payment is due. 

      For Club memberships, you can see how many years you have been a Member and recent transactions.

      I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?

      If you requested to reset your RACV online account password and didn’t receive an email: 

      • Check if the email is in your Spam folder
      • Check if the correct email address was entered in your request. If you’re unsure, request to reset your password again
      • Check that the email address entered hasn’t been used for another RACV online account. If it has, you’ll need to re-register your online account with an email address that hasn’t been used before.

      If you still need help, call us on 1300 668 015 between 7am to 11pm.

      Only one email address can be used per RACV online account. Make sure the address entered hasn’t been used for another RACV online account. If it has, you’ll need to re-register your online account with an email address that hasn’t been used before.

      We’re sorry to hear about your loss. We’re committed to making this process as easy as possible for you during this time.    

      We can only discuss and make changes to an account with the Executor of the Deceased Estate once we have been sent the required documents. There are several types of documents we accept:  

      Option 1

      Documents

      Required

      Group A

      Death Certificate or, 

      Coroners Report or,  

      Statutory Declaration

      One item from Group A   
      PLUS  
      One item from Group B 

      Group B

       Will or, 

      Letter from Solicitor (stating who the executor of the estate is) 

      One item from Group A   
      PLUS  
      One item from Group B 

      Option 2

      Documents

      Required

      Group C

      Grant of Probate or,  
      Letters of administration  

      One item from Group C

      When you’re ready, call us on 13 72 28 and let us know which account needs to be cancelled. We will then send you an email so you can send us the required documents. 

      If you prefer, you can bring these documents in to your local RACV shop to cancel the account in person.
