IGA eGift cards let you pay for groceries and everyday essentials in store. As an RACV Member, you buy the eGift card at a discount, then use it just like a regular gift card when you do your shopping. The saving is applied upfront, so there's nothing extra to redeem.

Not necessarily. IGA stores are independently owned and operated and participation in the gift card program can vary by store. It's worth checking with your local store, or using the participating store locator, before relying on your card there.

Your IGA eGift card is sent by email to your nominated address. If you're buying it for yourself, please allow up to 48 hours for it to arrive. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't show up.

IGA eGift cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase. After this period, the card can no longer be used and any remaining balance is not refunded.

IGA eGift cards can be used at participating IGA, Supa IGA, IGA X-press and IGA Plus Liquor stores, along with select Cellarbrations and The Bottle-O shops. Participating stores may change from time to time, so it's worth confirming with your local store first.

Yes, a minimum of $10 and a maximum of $1,000 can be loaded onto each IGA eGift card.

No, IGA eGift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Yes, discounted IGA eGift cards are exclusive to RACV Members. You can join RACV by purchasing any eligible RACV product.

* IGA Gift Card is redeemable for in-store purchases at participating IGA and Metcash-affiliated stores. They cannot be reloaded, exchanged for cash, used for cash advances, or used to pay store credit accounts or buy other gift cards. Standard gift cards work for general goods, but Food & Grocery Only cards strictly prohibit alcohol, tobacco, and restricted items. This card will expire after 36 months. Unused balances are not refunded or credited after expiry. Treat the card like cash; lost or stolen cards are not replaced or refunded.
