Tea Mojito

 This Tea Mojito is a creative twist on the traditional Cuban highball.

Time: Overnight to infuse gin, 5 minutes to put together

Ingredients

Tea Infused Gin:

  • 5-6 Camomile Tea Bags 
  • Tanqueray Gin (London Dry)

Tea Mojito:

  • 45ml Tanqueray Gin (London Dry) infused with Camomile Tea 
  • 10ml Marionette Apricot Brandy Liqueur 
  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters 
  • 20ml Lemon Juice 
  • 15ml Orgeat Syrup 
  • Top with Soda Water
  • Dehydrated lemon & orange wheels to garnish

Method

  1. To infuse the gin with camomile tea, put 5-6 camomile tea bags into the gin bottle and store in the fridge overnight. Strain the gin and it’s ready to go.
  2. Simply build the ingredients over ice in the glass. There’s no need to shake or blend.  Garnish with dehydrated lemon & orange wheels.
