Tea Mojito
This Tea Mojito is a creative twist on the traditional Cuban highball.

Tea Infused Gin:
- 5-6 Camomile Tea Bags
- Tanqueray Gin (London Dry)
Tea Mojito:
- 45ml Tanqueray Gin (London Dry) infused with Camomile Tea
- 10ml Marionette Apricot Brandy Liqueur
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Orgeat Syrup
- Top with Soda Water
- Dehydrated lemon & orange wheels to garnish
- To infuse the gin with camomile tea, put 5-6 camomile tea bags into the gin bottle and store in the fridge overnight. Strain the gin and it’s ready to go.
- Simply build the ingredients over ice in the glass. There’s no need to shake or blend. Garnish with dehydrated lemon & orange wheels.
