The Face Behind the Food

Growing up, being a chef wasn't the first thing on the list for Inverloch Resort Executive Chef Rohan McCullagh. Starting with an apprenticeship under a Michelin-starred chef, Rohan soon understood how hard it was to be a chef but has said that he wouldn't deter his kids from pursuing the same career.
