Conveniently located in the Melbourne CBD with city views and all the facilities you need in one space, work with our friendly conference and events teams on a tailored package to bring your occasion to life.
Inbuilt audio-visual and wireless high-speed internet access are installed in each of our conference and event locations (excluding our Wine Cellar, President's Room and Club Conservatory). MAV have been appointed as the RACV Clubs' preferred audio-visual supplier and are located within the RACV City Club. Their expert technical audio-visual services are available to assist with sound, projection, lighting or theming.
If you wish to use an external audio-visual supplier, it is a venue requirement that an RACV technician is on duty for the duration of the event and during bump in and bump out with charges for this to be incurred by the client.

Spectacular views and distinctive cuisine are fundamental in creating an unforgettable event. Our spectacular pillarless ballroom on Level 17 is multi-configurable and can be themed to suit a wide range of events. Equipped with two large inbuilt LED screens, overhead production lighting, and floor-to-ceiling natural light, this versatile space is perfect for a range of events.
With exclusive use of the entire level and seating of up to 500 guests, Level 17 also features an outdoor terrace with panoramic views over Melbourne and Port Phillip Bay complementing the soaring ceilings, spacious foyer and lounge area.
The Club Pavilion is a contemporary and flexible space featuring floor to ceiling windows providing an abundance of natural light.
Enjoy direct access to an outdoor terrace, cutting edge lighting and AV technology alongside a crystal chandelier suspended from the skylight. With banquet style capacity for up to 120 guests, it is suitable for both day and evening functions.
For the important business meeting, five meeting rooms are available or as a combination of two or three rooms. Moveable wall within each group of rooms enable up to 180 guests to be accommodated at a time.
Each room is spacious, with natural light, opening onto a welcoming foyer or spacious outdoor terrace area.
