Growing up, being a chef wasn't the first thing on the list for Inverloch Resort Executive Chef Rohan McCullagh. Starting with an apprenticeship under a Michelin-starred chef, Rohan soon understood how hard it was to be a chef but has said that he wouldn't deter his kids from pursuing the same career. In the Chefs of RACV piece featured in RoyalAuto Magazine, Rohan has cited the lamb rump which he sources locally from the Gippsland area as his favourite local ingredient.
