Experience what is arguably the Gold Coast’s best seafood buffet at Kalinda on Level 2. The buffet comprises a comprehensive selection of Australia’s finest seafood including ocean prawns, smoked salmon, oysters in the half shell and blue swimmer crab.
Chefs at Kalinda also prepare a tempting array of salads, antipasto and meze dishes, as well as hot dishes from the interactive cooking zone. Among the highlights are baked whole fish, slow-roast beef carved to order, farmhouse cheeses, and ice creams and pastries to finish.
Full Buffet Breakfast: $32 per adult ($36 on public holidays) and $17 per child aged 13-17 years ($21 on public holidays). Children 12 years and under dine free at breakfast with each paying adult.
Seafood Buffet $56.50 per adult ($65.50 on public holidays) and $37.00 ($43.50 on public holidays) for the first child aged 13-17 years and $26.50 ($32.75 on public holidays) for subsequent children aged 13-17 years.
