Julie has been serving RACV members as a Director of RACV since 2013.
Her contributions to all members and the Board include: engaging a new MD to drive an innovative, empowering culture, endorsing a strategy to advance mobility, home and leisure, improving RACV’s environmental footprint, and rationalising the size of the Board. She embraces the sharing economy with new products like car share, whilst protecting the legacy of the RACV Club.
Julie’s capacity and contributions come from an Executive career in the public and private sectors - in professional services with Ernst & Young, infrastructure, transport, utilities and healthcare. Julie consults in strategy, governance, and change management and mentors NFP entities within the health/disability sectors through the auspices of Leadership Victoria. Julie is a Fellow Chartered Accountant England and Wales, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Fellow of Leadership Victoria.
Julie is passionate about continuing to serve RACV members, the Board, innovation, and environmental/ecological sustainability. The need to be independent, brave and curious is paramount in her responsibilities as Director, thus leaving a sustainable legacy for future generations.
Her hobbies include cycling, vintage cars, music and enjoying living in country Victoria.
