2025 RACV Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV) Limited (RACV) will be held at 10.00am (AEDT) on Wednesday, 12 November, 2025 at Level 17, RACV City Club, 501 Bourke Street Melbourne Vic 3000.

While all members are welcome to attend or join the meeting and ask questions, only Ordinary (Club) Members are entitled to vote on the resolutions at this meeting.

Attending the AGM
Members can attend the AGM in person or virtually.
Attend the meeting virtually
Click the 'Access Virtual Meeting‘ button to watch the webcast, ask questions, and vote on the day of the meeting. To log in to the meeting, you will need your RACV Member Number and Postcode.
Attend the meeting in person
This year, upon arrival, you can register for the meeting by scanning a QR code on your mobile device. You will need your RACV Member Number.
How to register at the meeting with your mobile device
- Upon arrival, scan the QR Code to access the registration screen.
- Enter your RACV Member Number, and click 'Next'.
- Confirm your mobile number, and click 'Continue'.
- You are now registered. Show your registration screen to enter the meeting.
How to vote at the meeting
Once registered, eligible voters will have access to a ‘Live Vote Card’ on their device. The Chair of the meeting will provide brief instructions about using the system, and advise when voting is open, and you can submit your vote.

Communication options for Member documents (Meeting Notices and Annual Report)
As an RACV Member, there are many options available to ensure you receive the communications you need in the form that you prefer.
Members are entitled to elect to receive the following types of Member Documents in physical or electronic form in addition to existing communication methods (such as accessing such documents when they are published on this section of the RACV website or other publications):
- Documents relating to Meetings of Members (including Notices of Meeting and Proxy Forms)
- Notices of Members' Rights
- Annual Report
Members are able to access Member Documents such as the Annual Report and Notices of Meetings when they are published on this website. A copy of the most recent Annual Report can be accessed above.
Members can elect NOT to receive an Annual Report where they have previously elected to receive a copy by email or post.
Members can make both standing and one-off requests and elections to receive a Member Document in electronic or physical form. If you have made a standing election to receive Member Documents (either electronically or physically) previously, RACV will continue to issue member communications to you in that way, unless and until you elect for this to change by contacting the Company Secretary.
