Most of the time, we fix the problem on the spot. If we can’t, we’ll use temporary measures to make the area safe. This can include turning off the gas or water at the meter, securing electrical wiring or cleaning up any broken glass.
Reasons we may be unable to fix a problem include:
- if specialist equipment is required to diagnose the problem, for example a camera to investigate blockages
- if it’s unsafe for our tradies to access the area, for example getting on the roof in wet and/or windy conditions
- if a new system is required.
In these cases, you’ll be offered a no-obligation quote for further repairs.

The most important thing is your safety – if you’re in immediate danger, or if someone is injured, call 000.
As soon as you notice something is wrong, call us on 13 46 63.
We’ll aim to get a tradesperson to you within the hour, however this response time is not guaranteed and can vary depending on your location, demand for services, or weather and traffic conditions.
Once your tradie has been assigned, you’ll get a text notification confirming their estimated arrival time. Please make sure you're home when the tradie arrives. While you wait, there are a couple of things you can do to prepare:
- Secure any pets away from areas that may need to be accessed.
- If you feel comfortable, try to isolate the problem. For example, if there's a water leak, turn off the water at the meter. Don’t worry if you can’t, our tradie will take care of it for you.
