Movie vouchers and movie session purchases for Hoyts Cinemas, Village Cinemas, Palace Cinemas and Event Cinemas are issued as vouchers, which must be redeemed for a movie ticket.
You can redeem your voucher online through the cinema’s website, or present it at the cinema box office on the day. To secure your preferred session and seat, we recommend booking online in advance. Standard online booking fees may apply.
Movie session purchases for all other cinema brands will secure your seat at the cinema in the session selected, no further action is required. Movie vouchers purchased for Reading Cinemas are redeemable at the cinema box office only.

Yes, RACV Members are able to buy movie ticket e-vouchers at RACV retail stores. Please note that movie tickets at the Warrnambool RACV Retail Store are limited. Please speak to our retail team for more information.
