What happened?
On Tuesday 10 June 2025, RACV experienced an online disruption due to a global outage from one of our key technology providers and the details of some members were impacted.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, we immediately took our RACV online account portal offline to minimise impact on our members.
As a precaution, we kept some systems offline until our technology provider confirmed restoration of service and we were confident that all member data was accurate. Our services were fully restored on Thursday 12 June 2025.
We apologise for any inconvenience this outage has caused.
What are we doing?
Our team are in the process of making contact with the very small number of impacted members to inform them of the issue and offer assistance.
